CEO & Founder
Marcy Mirkin, SPHR-SCP/SPHR, is an experienced human resources and operations executive having worked within global start-ups, entertainment and non-profit companies such as Change.org, American Friends of Magen David Adom, The Metropolitan Opera and Rainforest Alliance. She has extensive expertise in designing, implementing and managing complex HR, finance and payroll systems. Having held HR and Operations roles in the “C” suite, she has a proven track record of developing budgets and revenue models/projections.
In addition to being an instructor of human resources at The City of New York University, Baruch College CAPS Division and a Society of Human Resources Government Affairs Advocacy Team member, Marcy is a certified EEOC investigator focusing on harassment and discrimination workplace claims. As a compensation expert, she was a member of PowerShift, one of the final product teams presenting at the White House #Hackthepaygap hackathon in 2016.
